The electric heater is mainly composed of four parts: the container casing, the electric heating pipe, the control cabinet and the cymbal. It is an efficient energy-saving device integrating heating control.
The electric heating tube inside the electric heater is evenly arranged. The inside is heated and the electric heating tube is installed to directly heat the air in the housing to make the medium reach the temperature required by the process.
An over-temperature protection thermocouple is placed inside the heater. Once the natural gas in the container is overheated, the heater will be damaged. A thermocouple is installed at the outlet of the heated medium for measuring the outlet temperature of the medium, and the output power of the electric heater is precisely controlled by the automatic constant temperature control cabinet system so that the outlet temperature does not exceed ±1 °C.
